Belgian Fantastic Pitchbox 2025: Spotlight on Emerging Voices
What is the Pitchbox?
The Belgian Fantastic Pitchbox is a unique competition dedicated to Belgian filmmakers and screenwriters – or creators anchored in Belgium – who dare to push the boundaries of genre cinema. Organized within the framework of the BIF Market, this event offers selected talents the chance to present their feature film projects at the very first stage of development: the pitch. It’s a true launchpad, placing emerging voices directly in front of an international jury of industry professionals.
The Selection Committee
This year’s Pitchbox benefited from the keen eyes and expertise of Florence Saadi (producer at Okayss), Charles Habib-Drouot (producer at Frakas), Manon Henry (screenwriter and member of ASA) and Lio Scailteur (producer at Take Five). Together, they shaped a selection that highlights the richness and diversity of Belgian talent.
